Claude Code for GTM: Map and Tier Your Entire TAM from the Terminal
Most sales lists are built the same way: open one of the popular B2B databases, set a filter, export. And your competitor is sitting in the same tool sets the same filter and exports the same list.
Everyone's chasing the same accounts, and the list goes stale the week after you pull it.
This session takes a different starting point. Instead of a filter, you start with evidence: the accounts you've already closed & work outward from there.
Zeynep from CompanyEnrich and Julien from ColdIQ will build the whole thing live in the terminal. Claude Code drives, CompanyEnrich's API is the data layer, and by the end there's a tiered, signal-scored list sitting there ready to hand to outreach.
What gets built:
→ The ICP, defined from proof. Feed closed-won domains to reverse-engineer what your best accounts look like - and optionally run that against an explicit ICP, then dedupe.
→ The company layer, enriched. Firmographics, tech stack, funding, headcount, NAICS - pulled in bulk so the list is more than names and domains.
→ Live signals on top. Funding and headcount movement flag the accounts showing buying behavior right now, so tiering isn't just static fit.
→ Tiers, then people. Tier 1 is strong lookalike fit plus an active signal; Tier 2 is good fit, no signal yet; Tier 3 gets deprioritized. Decision-maker data only gets attached to the top tiers - added last, on purpose, so you're not enriching contacts for accounts you'll never touch.
The thread holding it together: the list is built from your own wins, not a search anyone can copy. And because it runs API-first through Claude Code, the whole thing is repeatable as an agent workflow instead of a manual export you redo every quarter.
This is for you if you run outbound sales, GTM, RevOps, or an agency, and you've ever looked at a 5,000-row account list and had no idea which 50 to start with.
⚒️ 45 minutes of building, 15 for your questions. Bring your closed-won list in mind - that's the raw material the whole workflow runs on.
See you on July 20!
