Our facilitator and group coaching expert is Jana Kennedy, a sought-after leadership coach (ILM7), group coach and team facilitator known for her warmth, creativity, and ability to foster connection and courage in groups. With extensive experience in both the NHS and charity sectors, Jana specialises in supporting female leaders and women returning to work, and group coaching. She is passionate about helping groups and teams to thrive through clear communication, compassion, and play. Her workshops are described as innovative, fun, and profoundly empowering.
