Biscotti Di Debora was founded by Debora Bonnes, a professionally trained Italian pâtissier who brought her craft to Cambridgeshire and built a business rooted in authentic Italian baking.
From her Dry Drayton bakery, Debora and her team create distinctive Italian celebration cakes, pasticcini, Italian wedding cakes, croquembouche towers and more, all guided by a philosophy of real flavour and beautiful texture.

The network now includes over 5,000 members across LinkedIn, a private mentoring platform, and a newsletter community.
