

Urban Flow : Yoga x Sauna
Start your weekend with movement, heat, and calm.
This 60-minute session combines 30 minutes of dynamic yoga flow to awaken the body, followed by 30 minutes of sauna and cold plunge to restore and reset.
Expect an energising flow led by Rossella Forastiero to build warmth from within, then unwind in the sauna and experience the invigorating contrast of cold water therapy.
You’ll leave feeling balanced, clear-headed, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge until 9:45AM, after which we’ll reset the space for the next session
