About Event

You shouldn't have to burn out or drown in non-creative tasks to make successful podcasts. Yet, producer friends in the industry constantly complain about burnout with no room left to focus on growth.

I spent a year building a no-ai-slop system that handles task tracking, guest booking, file sharing, team coordination and more. Forms, databases and docs, glued together with n8n workflows that let me run 4 weekly podcasts in parallel.

Join this 20min live demo to see how this system would make your specific podcasts more sustainable or successful, ideal for producers and agency owners!

What we'll do

20-min live demo

You'll see the live workflows at work on my screen:

  • The no-follow-up episode and asset organization

  • The tailored review process with 0 extra service

  • The guest booking workflow that plugs into the rest

Then a walkthrough of the cohort's tailored system:

  • One place for your forms, databases, and documents

  • Bring your own Notion, ClickUp, GDrive, Dropbox

  • Automations are built in for podcast specific flows

Cohort Q&A

The next 20 minutes are for you to bring the part of your week that keeps eating you and we'll look at it together. I'll also walk through how the 3-month cohort works, in terms of implementation, accountability, and progress.

5-min signup process

During the last 5 minutes, I'll share the cohort onboarding sign, which you can ask questions about as you fill it out!

What you'll leave with

You'll know which parts of your production can be automated without ai slop, and techniques that actually work at reducing burnout in the long term.

You'll have a real sense of what it takes to build a system like this, so you can decide whether if it's worth having yours built with the cohort.

Who should come

  • Producers juggling several shows at once.

  • Solo producers whose admin work eats their week.

  • Anyone podcasting curious about automation.

No tooling background needed, I'll explain as I go!

About the cohort

10 producers over 3 months each get their own system tailored around their actual problems, covering a share of the development labor by investing $300/month.

At the end, everything we build gets open sourced, so they can keep it privately, for free, forever, with no new subscription for anyone.

If you'd rather just be around it, there's a mission supporter tier at $25/month, and a friend of OpenPodcasting.org tier at $10/month. Following the progress is free of course!

I'm Jullian. I co-founded PodVision, where I lead production, and this past year our shows passed half a million downloads and won a Webby. I'm a Signal Awards Judge and founded OpenPodcasting, a mission to democratize podcasting tools.

Can't make it live? Register anyway and I'll send you the recording.
