Paint & Pause: Meditation and Drawing

​We are inviting you to pause & paint with us.

​Come and quieten the mind through a guided meditation by SYLO and let your inspiration flow on paper.

​The wonderful artist Rima is going to guide us through a creative exercise that will help you translate what you’re feeling into expression.

​This is about reconnecting with your natural creativity and letting go of control, like a bridge between what you feel internally and what wants to be expressed externally.

​You don’t need any artistic experience.

​Painting equipment and snacks will be provided. Come as you are.
