On October 24, we’re bringing together 12-15 founders to work through those decisions. Row Ventures sits at the intersection of company strategy, capital, and execution, which is why we keep finding excuses to put them in rooms with founders. If you joined us for Founders & Fractionals, you’ve already seen how they think. Hannah & Sarah are ex-Goldman. Add the Daring team and, for an afternoon, you’ve basically got a tech × finance deal team to borrow.
Bring the sticky stuff. The round size you keep changing. The model that breaks when someone asks the annoying question. The milestone you can’t quite defend. The investor asking for something you’re not sure you should give them.
We’ll work through what the money needs to accomplish, whether the numbers support the story, what the dilution and investor expectations mean for you, and who actually fits the round.
How it works
We’ll review your company materials beforehand and send specific questions and a short kickoff tailored to your business.
Together, we’ll work through the financial and investor perspectives, with shared discussion and time to apply it to your company. You’ll leave with direct feedback, decisions to revisit, and concrete work to complete.
Two weeks later, we’ll reconnect for a 30-minute follow-up to review your progress and work through remaining questions.
Who should apply
Pre-Series A founders actively raising or planning to raise in the next 6–12 months, with revenue or meaningful commercial traction and financing decisions to work through.
We’re selecting 12 founders with compatible stages and needs. Your company and your questions will shape the session.
Participation
Apply with a brief overview of your company, your anticipated round, any existing materials, and the main question you want to work through.
