What this is
Most CS professionals are somewhere between "we're trying out AI tools" and "I know this is important but I'm not sure where to start." This lab is designed to get you past both.
In the first half, you'll work through real AI workflows in a hands-on session - learning how to reduce the time you spend on call summaries, follow-ups, onboarding prep, and reporting. No theory. Just practical application you can take back to your desk the next morning.
In the second half, we go deeper on the bigger shift in CS right now: the blurring line between Sales and Post-Sales, and what it actually takes to align across it - with or without AI in the mix.

The workshop
Smarter, Not Harder: AI Workflows for Modern CS Teams
Facilitated by the gr.ai.ce team at DevRev, this two-hour session is where you'll actually use the tools — not just hear about them. We'll work through the CS tasks that consume the most time and show you how AI can take the load off.
The session covers:
Automating call summaries, action items, and follow-up drafts
Turning scattered notes, emails, and transcripts into structured outputs
Building lightweight AI workflows for recurring tasks — QBR prep, 1:1 prep, health reports, onboarding packs
Using async tools to reduce meetings without losing the personal touch
A live demo: we'll build a simple CX agent together to automate a real CS workflow in real time
You'll see how AI stops being a chat tool and starts being an actual assistant - one that works in the background while you focus on the work that matters.
Specific tools will be confirmed closer to the date. No technical background is needed to participate, just your laptops.
