Foundations: what quant trading actually is, and how LLM agents change the game (40 min)
TQX platform tour + live end-to-end pipeline (15 min)
Partner intros: MoTa + Starchild (25 min)
Hands-on lab: build factor strategy → wire LLM agent → submit (55 min)
Q&A, networking (60 mins)
TAs on the floor at ~1:30 so nobody gets stuck.
Who this is for
AI/ML engineers, developers, indie hackers, retail-algo traders, quant-curious students, and fintech builders. You'll get the most out of it if you can read basic Python, have built with LLMs before, or have any markets background.
Eligibility note
GATC requires participants to be 18+ and legally able to trade securities in HK. The workshop itself is simulation-only, no brokerage or KYC needed to join us in the room.
