​Even people deep in the industry are feeling it. Entry is less clear. Growth looks different. And a lot of folks are trying to figure things out in real time.

​So instead of pretending there is a perfect path, we are just getting in the room and talking about it honestly.

​This is a space for our community to come together across all stages of the journey.
