Inclusion Training: Learning, Reflecting, Applying
This is a 2-hour online session for anyone who wants to explore inclusion in a thoughtful, practical, and supportive way.
No prior knowledge is needed. This is a welcoming space to learn together, reflect at your own pace, and think about what meaningful change can look like in everyday life.
What we’ll explore
How unfair systems affect people’s lives, often in subtle or unseen ways
How identity, power, and bias shape our experiences and interactions
Why the past still shapes the present, and how understanding this can help us make more intentional choices
This session is reflective, practical, and grounded in care and curiosity.
It focuses on building understanding and supporting people to contribute to more inclusive ways of being, wherever they are.
If you have any access needs, adjustments, or anything you’d like me to be aware of to help you get the most out of the session, please feel free to get in touch at [email protected].
