Mobilising the Mixed Capital Stack for Climate Innovation and Inclusion – a Panel and World Café discussion
How do we bridge the gap between philanthropy and investment capital — from traditional and returnable grants to impact investment, venture capital, and climate insurance — to fund climate solutions that are both innovative and inclusive?
This session convenes a unique mix of actors across the capital continuum: grant-makers, catalytic capital providers, impact-linked funders, technical assistance facilities, and de-risking specialists. Together, they will explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership in support of climate solutions in developing and emerging markets — with a particular focus on women-led climate innovators and financial institutions offering climate risk mitigation and adaptation products.
The event opens with a moderated panel, followed by an interactive World Café discussion — a structured small-group format designed to surface actionable insights and foster genuine connections across the funding ecosystem.
The audience will include impact investors, foundations, family offices, and philanthropic institutions.
