The Experience: What to Expect
This is a curated, single-morning event designed to combine peak physical output with deep mental connection.
• 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM // ARRIVE:
Grab a coffee or tea, meet the other fighters, and get warmed up. Use the all-day pass to stretch or do a quick session in the strength & conditioning area before we begin.
• 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM // MOVE: The Muay Thai Session
Step into the ring for a private, 1-hour Muay Thai session. With three expert coaches for our small group of 10, you'll receive personalized attention whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned striker.
• 11:30 AM // RECOVER & BUILD: The Recovery Mastermind
You heard that right. We're taking our mastermind to the recovery zone. After a quick rinse, we'll cycle through the sauna, brave the ice bath, and relax in the jacuzzi. In this unique state of clarity and presence, we'll hold a facilitated mastermind discussion, tackling the challenges and celebrating the wins of our founder journeys.
What's Included:
• A 1-hour private group Muay Thai session with 3 expert coaches.
• Full-day access to The Block's gym & recovery facilities (ice bath, jacuzzi, sauna, pool).
• Exclusive community merch.
• Professional photos of the event capturing the action and connection.
• Basic black coffee & tea upon arrival.
• A curated group of 10 like-minded founders, creators, and builders.
What's Not Included:
• Meals & other drinks. The Block has an excellent cafe where you can order food and beverages at your own expense before or after the session.
• Boxing gloves or wraps (you can rent them at the gym ~ 64k IDR / 4 USD).
