• ​Limited seats per cohort (quality > scale)

• ​Async-first + 1–2 live syncs/week

​Participants choose one primary contribution track.

​Objective: Increase DoraDAO reach, contributors, and visibility.

​Contributions may include:

• ​Campaign ideation + execution.

• ​Community growth experiments.

• ​Short Films / Advertisements.

• ​Copywriting.

​2. Media & Voice Track

​Objective: Build narrative and public voice.

​Contributions may include:

• ​Podcast production

• ​Hosting Twitter/X Spaces

• ​Creator interviews

• ​Short-form storytelling

• ​Documentation of ecosystem stories

​3. Tech & Infra Track

​Objective: Strengthen DoraDAO’s technical foundation.

​Contributions may include:

• ​Website upgrades

• ​DAO tooling improvements

• ​Automation

• ​No-code / low-code systems

• ​Open-source contributions

​4. Education & Resource Track (Web3 + AI)

​Objective: Lower entry barriers for new builders.

​Contributions may include:

• ​Starter guides

• ​Learning paths

• ​Playbooks

• ​Toolkits

• ​Onboarding docs

​5. Community & Events Track

​Objective: Build real human touchpoints.

​Contributions may include:

• ​Hosting meetups

• ​Online sessions
