REBL Ventures

This policy applies to events booked through the REBL Ventures Luma calendar.

Tickets for REBL events taking place on a specific date are 

, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in the event's booking terms.

Booking a ticket confirms your acceptance of this policy.

Tickets may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from REBL.

For invitation-only or curated events, any replacement attendee must meet the event's eligibility requirements and be approved by REBL.

We are not obligated to arrange replacement attendees or issue refunds for unused places.

If REBL cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a refund in accordance with their applicable legal rights.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, we will communicate the available options, including any refund rights required by law.

Registration does not guarantee admission where an event requires host approval.

If REBL declines your application after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for that ticket.

Complimentary tickets have no monetary refund value.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration so your place can be offered to another eligible attendee.

REBL may limit priority access to future complimentary events or advisory sessions following repeated no-shows.

6. International bookings and applicable law

These booking terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory laws that apply.

For attendees booking from outside the UK, any applicable consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory protections under the laws of their country of habitual residence where relevant, will continue to apply.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply to your booking.

7. Founder Houses and special experiences

Founder Houses, retreats, accommodation-based experiences and other specialised bookings may have separate cancellation and refund terms, provided before purchase.

Where separate terms apply, they take precedence over this general event policy, subject to applicable law.

This policy applies to individual event bookings and does not govern REBL Membership subscriptions.
