About This Session:

What makes a healthcare innovation valuable, and how does that value translate into a sustainable business? This session will explore the fundamentals of creating and capturing value in healthcare companies, with a focus on the unique challenges of bringing health technologies to market. Attendees will learn how to think about customers, stakeholders, business models, and value propositions when developing a healthcare innovation, and how these considerations can shape a path toward successful commercialization.
