Mapping Our Senses with Aghh! Zine x Mind, Body + Earth
Aghh! Zine and Mind, Body and Earth invite you to map a local common ground using our senses: paying particular attention to the tactile sense, where shapes and textures exist. This is a workshop of discovery and play, where we ground ourselves outside in nature, at one of our local parks in Brighton and Hove.
We’ll discover the space together as a community and share our findings, whilst thinking about the non-human lives that we share our common spaces with. Feel free to bring any stories or poetry inspired by this space or any other common ground.
Age: This is a family friendly event, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Photography & filming We'll be taking photos and videos on the day including vox pops. We'll ask for your consent before filming. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know on the day.
About Common Ground Common Ground is a series of outdoor gatherings in Brighton's green spaces, run by Mind, Body + Earth. Gathering as neighbours, treating green spaces as meeting places and sanctuaries.
