About Event

Hosted by Deeply Human Innovation together with the Learning Planet Institute (UN University Hub, UNESCO Category II Centre)

We have the tools. Now we need each other.

Some gatherings are designed to exchange information.

Others become places where people begin to see the world, the future, and one another, differently.

This is one of those gatherings.

Why we're gathering

AI raises deeply human questions. Questions no single sector, discipline, or generation can answer alone. As these technologies become part of how we live, learn, work, connect, create, govern, and make decisions, they invite us to ask bigger questions about the future we are building.

  • What should education prepare us for?

  • What makes work meaningful?

  • How do we build trust in new systems?

  • What kind of progress do we want to measure?

  • How do we stay human in the middle of all this change?

For two days in Paris, the Deeply Human Summit brings together people across technology, education, business, policy, research, culture, civil society, philanthropy, youth work, and community life: to listen deeply, question honestly, imagine radically, together.

A third space for the work that cannot be done alone.

Some forms of insight, courage, and imagination only emerge when people come together: with enough trust to listen deeply, and enough shared responsibility and commitment to shape what comes next.

Hosted together with the Learning Planet Institute, the Deeply Human Summit creates a space between disciplines, sectors, and generations. A place where lived experience, research, practice, policy, and imagination meet: to learn from one another and discover what becomes possible together.

The conversations that begin here are not intended to end in Paris. They are the beginning of relationships, collaborations, and shared work that continue long after Paris.

What to expect

Across two days, the Summit will include:

  • Conversations with leading voices across sectors

  • Facilitated working sessions and small-group dialogues

  • Shared meals and lots of time to connect in a meaningful way

  • The Youth Dispatch, shaped by a global youth listening campaign culminating in Global Youth Imagination Day on 1 October

  • An evening celebration at Dreamers & Idealists

  • A closing Shared Harvest of insights, commitments, and next steps

The programme is taking shape. The youth listening campaign is opening. Community networks reaching more than 100,000 people are being activated. Speakers and contributors are being confirmed, including voices from UNESCO, OECD, IEEE, Oxford University, IKEA, SAP, and The Adecco Group.

The programme

This is not a gathering built around stage and audience. It is a space for shared thinking, honest exchange, and practical imagination.

The programme begins by opening the questions: keynotes, conversations, and a small number of carefully chosen panels. From there, we move into facilitated sessions, curated exchanges, and open working groups where ideas can deepen, unexpected connections can form, and shared commitments can begin.

Cross-sector. Intergenerational. Designed for depth. Built for ripples.

1 October — Global Youth Imagination Day

The Summit begins with the voice of those who will inherit the future we are building today. Together with the Learning Planet Institute and a growing network of youth organisations, educators, and community partners, we are opening a global listening and imagination campaign with young people around the world.

Through the Global Youth Imagination Lab, young people will explore the dreams, fears, hopes, and questions of a generation growing up inside this moment of profound change. Their reflections will shape the Youth Dispatch: a collective message carried into the full Summit in Paris and beyond.

2 October — Arrive, Listen, Expand

The Summit begins by listening, across disciplines, generations, and lived realities. Together, we build a shared foundation for what this moment is asking of us.

3 October — Shape, Connect, Commit

The second day turns listening into a shared direction. The day closes with a Shared Harvest of what has emerged and what we will carry forward, together.

3 October evening — Dreamers & Idealists Party

After two days of listening and building, we gather to celebrate the relationships formed, the ideas sparked, and the collective imagination it takes to shape better futures. Open to all Summit participants.

What’s included in your in-person ticket

  • Two full days at the Deeply Human Summit in Paris, including talks, facilitated sessions, working groups, creative moments, shared meals, and refreshments throughout the programme.

  • The Youth Dispatch, a living contribution from the next generation, bringing young people’s hopes, fears, questions, and imagination into the room.

  • The Shared Harvest, a synthesis of the insights, commitments, and possibilities that emerge across the Summit, shaped by everyone in the room and yours to carry back into your own work.

  • Access to the Deeply Human community, including the programmes, research, salons, and collaborations continuing beyond Paris.

  • The closing Dreamers & Idealists gathering, a celebration for people who still believe the future can be imagined, shaped, and built differently.

100% of proceeds support educational programmes

The Deeply Human Summit is a mission-led gathering. 100% of proceeds from the Summit will support future educational and youth-focused programmes developed by Deeply Human Innovation together with the Learning Planet Institute.

Your participation helps extend this work far beyond Paris, supporting youth participation, educational programmes, public listening initiatives, and future spaces where people from different disciplines, generations, and cultures can continue asking better questions together.

Who this gathering is for

The Deeply Human Summit is for those who believe the future is not waiting to be joined. It is waiting to be built, with care, with radical imagination, together.

Technologists. Educators. Policymakers. Founders. Researchers. Funders. Artists. Community builders. Youth advocates. Leaders.

No one is coming with all the answers.
That's why we're coming together.

What you will leave with

  • New relationships and friendships across disciplines, generations, and cultures.

  • Perspectives you did not have before.

  • Practical ideas you can carry back into your own work

  • The Youth Dispatch, the Shared Harvest, and a community that continues long after the Summit.

And perhaps most importantly: with a renewed sense that the future is not something that happens to us. It is something we shape together.

Join us in Paris

To help create the kind of room this work deserves, we ask everyone interested in joining us to apply before purchasing a ticket.

We are bringing the room together with care: across sectors, generations, geographies, disciplines, and forms of practice. Our hope is that the conversations in Paris feel generous, serious, diverse, and alive.

Once approved, you will receive access to purchase your in-person ticket. Early supporter tickets are available for a limited time.

If this gathering speaks to your work, your questions, or the future you want to help shape, we would be honoured to welcome you in Paris.
