About Event

We have the tools. Now we need each other πŸ™

AI raises deeply human questions: questions no single sector, discipline or generation can answer alone. On 2nd September, Deeply Human Innovation, together with five of London's AI communities, is bringing mission-driven individuals from across policy, technology, academia, art and research into one room to begin answering them. In a moment when the conversation about AI is dominated by speed, fear and competition, we want to make space for a different kind of exchange: thoughtful, honest and deeply human.

An evening built together 🀲

This gathering is organised in the spirit of collaboration with communities across London's AI ethics space: the technologists, philosophers, educators, researchers and community builders who make this city one of the most interesting places in the world to ask these questions: Deeply Human Innovation, Conversations on AI, She Shapes AI, AI for the Rest of Us, Occasio, BehSci Meets AI.

Speakers joining the conversation

  • Amanda Brock: CEO, OpenUK

  • Martin Allen Morales: CEO, Institute of Imagination

  • Rushab Shah: Founder OneHive, Social Entrepreneur

  • Annabel Gillard: Founder, Conversations on AI

  • Iliana Grosse-Buening: Co-Founder, Deeply Human Innovation

  • And many more from across London's AI communities

A first listen to the generation inheriting the future we are building

Through the Deeply Human Global Youth Imagination Lab, we are listening to thousands of people aged 16–25 from all over the world in anticipation of the Deeply Human Summit in Paris October 2-3rd: their dreams, fears, hopes and questions about the future being built around them. Young people from 41 countries have already responded. On 2 September,Β  we will reveal some first responses.

"The future should be built by connected people, not just connected devices."
