Ross O’Brien: Ross is a Digital Health Growth Advisor with expertise in scaling companies in the UK in AI and Immersive Healthcare sectors.

Ross is the former MD of WYSA for the UK and Europe. Wysa is the world leader in AI mental health support with 6 million users across 95 countries. Ross worked within the NHS as a Provider and Commissioner of Services for over 13 years, exiting as an Innovation Director.

Maxwell Scott Slade: Maxwell is the co-founder of GLITCHERS, an Edinburgh-based games studio creating titles at the intersection of entertainment, science, and health. Starting in independent game development, Maxwell worked on viral hits before pivoting to “games with purpose.” His projects now span neuroscience, dementia, and mental health, combining engaging gameplay with robust scientific research.

He co-created Sea Hero Quest, a mobile game that generated the world’s largest dataset on spatial navigation, aiding Alzheimer’s research globally. Maxwell’s vision is to make GLITCHERS the Fitbit for your brain - empowering individuals to monitor cognitive health through interactive technology.
