ISC Trails of Lights - Community Care & Healing Circle
As events in Iran continue to unfold, many Iranian students are carrying fear, grief, and uncertainty, often from afar and away from their families. The emotional weight of witnessing these moments while navigating daily life and responsibilities can feel isolating and overwhelming.
We are hosting a therapist-led Community Care and Healing Circle to create a supportive space for Iranian students to pause, reflect, and be held in community. This gathering centers care, grounding, and connection, offering space to process emotions, share experiences if desired, and access tools for emotional regulation and resilience.
This session offers a safe and confidential environment for sharing thoughts, feelings, and concerns, guidance for navigating stress, grief, anxiety, and uncertainty, practical grounding and emotional regulation tools, and opportunities for community connection and mutual care.
