Currently serves as AI Transformation Lead at Microsoft, where she designs org-wide AI adoption programs and advises C-suite leadership on AI transformation strategy and the future of work. Formerly a Strategy Consulting Manager at Sia Partners, a BlackRock portfolio consultancy, she has led MBB-style strategy for F500 leadership across eight industry verticals. She enjoys advancing dialogue and thought leadership at the forefront of AI transformation thru founding a global Head of AI network, keynoting various conferences such as Seattle AI Week and AI Skills 2026, and publishing content on AI transformation.

​Ken Morimoto
Veteran startup and technology operator currently the Director of AI Partnerships & Strategy at Innodata. Formerly at Amazon, Scale AI, NewEdge, BigBand Networks, and Cobalt. An active angel investor, community builder, and Partner at Leading Edge VC. Ken has organized AI Leaders & Builders meetups since 2020, is active across the Seattle, New York, and Bay Area startup ecosystems, and serves as a founding member and co-chair of Seattle AI Circle.
