​For this Dex Session, we're hosting a small meet up at the Fyxer office with Kameron Tanseli, their Head of Growth Engineering. The Fyxer growth team are all ex-founders and growth practitioners, and Kameron will share how Fyxer thinks about growth: not as a funnel but as a system of loops and network effects, and what that philosophy means in practice for how they build and ship.

​He'll get into the experiment engine itself: how they structure feature flags and pipelines, use AI to parallelise work and surface insights at scale, and stop a small team from drowning in experiment debt.
