Mama Morning Club: Pilates At The Park

​Bring your mom friends, or whichever ladies makes up your village. We're gathering for an outdoor pilates class, specialty lattes and matcha, and a morning that actually feels like a reset.

​You'll also hear from a pelvic floor physiotherapist walking through a strengthening demonstration you can take home with you, plus a postpartum nutrition professional on what real recovery looks like.
