​5-10 minutes. Something you actually lived through. No slides required, no polish expected.

​It could be an intrusion, an outage, a misconfiguration that still makes you wince, or something that was genuinely funny in hindsight. Have you ever taken down an entire chain of banks in the UK? Did you run nmap against something nobody told you not to run nmap against? ...or did you microwave fish in the break room...on purpose? We want to hear from you!

​Here's the thing about fire talks: somebody always has to go first. Once one person kicks it off, the room opens up. Maybe that person is you.
