About Event

As we continue to gather in learning and community, we invite you this June to explore the powerful inner pull that calls us to protect what we hold dear — and what it takes to sustain that calling across nature, inner coherence, and the world we want to see. At Daughters for Earth, we see everything as interconnected.

With that, we warmly invite you to join Daughters for Earth for an inspiring learning circle: Tending Your Calling, taking place on Thursday, June 18, at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.

We will hear from women conservation leaders about the inner journeys that have shaped their work and what continues to call them to protect and restore the Earth. We will be joined by Juliana Velez Gomez, a Colombian conservationist, wildlife ecologist, and postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University whose work focuses on protecting tapirs and helping agricultural landscapes better coexist with wildlife conservation; and Josia Razafindramanana, a Malagasy conservation biologist and primatologist working to protect Madagascar’s threatened lemurs and the fragile dry forests they call home.

We’ll close our time together with herbalist Victoria Tash, who will guide us through a grounding plant practice and share wisdom on medicinal plants, healing traditions, and nurturing our relationship with the Earth and ourselves.

We will talk about nature, but we will also talk about the inner journey that shaped who we are, when we lost our connections, and what it requires to keep tending our soil. We hope you can join us for this meaningful conversation and gathering in community.
