Seasons of Leadership: Why Sustainable Power isn’t Linear

​Join us at Snowbird for an afternoon designed to create space for reflection, connection, and renewal through both conversation and time on the mountain.

​We’ll begin with Seasons of Leadership: Why Sustainable Power Isn’t Linear, an intimate conversation exploring how women can navigate transitions in their lives and careers and transform those moments into deeper clarity, sustainable leadership, and meaningful impact.

​After the discussion, we’ll move into Mountain Therapy Friday, an informal gathering on the mountain. Participants will ski together, pause for conversation, and close the afternoon with a grounding sound bath.

​Schedule

​• 12:00 PM – Meet and ski together
• 1:00 PM – Seasons of Leadership conversation
• Afternoon skiing and connection
• 3:30 PM – Sound bath
• Wrap up around 5:00 PM

​Intermediate skiers and above are recommended, though you are welcome to join just for the sound bath.
