VertoTalks | Making AI Work Like Part of Your Marketing Team: How We Built VertoBrain
Using an AI tool and having one that works like part of your team are two different things.
AI brings the muscle. Your team is still the brain. The catch is that AI can only work with what it knows, so generic input gets generic output.
What makes it useful for marketing is context and data: your clients, your standards, your workflows, how your team does things. Most of that lives in people’s heads. So how do you hand it over?
That’s what we set out to solve. We built VertoBrain, our team’s knowledge base, and connected it to Claude along with the tools, skills and plugins our work needs. So a team of 50 works from the same up-to-date context, not 50 different versions of it. And less of their time goes on manual work.
For the 26th edition of VertoTalks, we will walk you through how we got there, how we use it every day and what we’ve learned so far.
We’ll cover:
→ What VertoBrain is exactly, and why we built it
→ How the team uses it day to day
→ How we keep client data safe
→ The routines that run on their own, and the internal web app (ai.vertodigital.com) where we fill the gaps and test new things
→ Results, lessons and how we maintain it
→ What you can apply to your own team
Who should attend:
Marketers, founders and anyone using Claude or other AI tools who think there’s more to get out of them. We’ll keep it practical: no coding or machine learning background needed.
