Instead of copying prompts into a library and starting from scratch every time, you’ll create AI assistants with permanent instructions, defined roles, and access to your business knowledge.
What You’ll Learn
How to use the RICON Framework to write clear, permanent instructions that define how an AI assistant behaves, thinks, and responds
How to turn your best prompts into specialized AI tools built for specific roles (marketing, support, ops, leadership, and more)
How to securely give an AI assistant access to your own files so it answers questions based on your documents—not generic internet information
How to structure assistants so they’re reliable, repeatable, and usable every day or across a team
What You’ll Do
This is not a lecture. You’ll be building the entire time.
Participants will:
Convert existing prompts into long-term instructions that an AI assistant follows consistently
Build a custom, private assistant inside ChatGPT with a defined role, personality, and purpose
Upload business documents (SOPs, handbooks, playbooks, FAQs, etc.) to train the assistant with real company knowledge
