The Skills Data Is In. Let's Make Sense of It Together
What do learning professionals actually need to be good at right now?
The tools are trending. Organizations are asking for and demanding from us all kinds of things. But what do practitioners themselves say we need to remain effective over the next three years?
We went out and asked, and learning professionals across higher education, corporate L&D, K-12, customer ed, workforce development, consulting (and more!) responded. The findings are surprising in a few places, clarifying in others, and in at least one spot, they document something we didn't even ask about.
At this AI Forum, we're bringing the data and insights to you directly. James Altman and Jason Gorman will walk through what we found, what held with confidence, and what we're still figuring out in a tidy 15 to 20 minutes. Then we'll open it up to everyone.
Before the session, download the report so you can come in with your reactions ready.
What did we miss? What would you push back on? What does this mean for how you're thinking about your own development? What does it mean for where the profession is heading?
If you took the survey, this is where the conversation continues. If you didn't, this is a good place to start.
Join us on Wednesday, July 1st at 12 PM EST.

This is the AI Forum: no slides, no lectures, no passive listening. Just a focused conversation among learning professionals who are thinking seriously about what's coming next. This session will NOT be recorded.
