About Event

In this hands-on session, you'll dive into the Liberating Structure Critical Uncertainties, a powerful tool for helping diverse groups assess the viability of current strategies and build resilience for future challenges.

Rather than crafting rigid plans, this structure equips teams to anticipate various possible futures, act with flexibility, and respond to disruptions with confidence.

You'll learn how to:

  • Lead a group facing complex challenges and to help shape adaptative strategies.

  • Balance unpredictability, not putting all your eggs in one basket

  • Widen the circle of leaders, not relying solely on a small circle of experts

See you there! 👋

🙌 About the host

Fernando has been a Group Facilitator and Process Designer since 2000, supporting teams and communities through dialogue and facilitation across sectors ranging from small businesses to large corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions. His passion lies in fostering meaningful dialogue and helping teams and communities thrive.

Throughout his journey, Fernando has expanded his expertise in Enneagram, Coaching, and Horizontal Leadership. He also earned a diploma in Peace & Justice Studies from Selkirk College, Canada, focusing on building cultures of peace through conflict analysis and transformation.

In 2015, Fernando began incorporating Liberating Structures into his practice, both in-person and online, helping teams enhance creativity and collaboration. In 2016, he coordinated the translation of Liberating Structures into Portuguese and helped establish Brazil’s Community of Practitioners, now with over 1,000 members. He also collaborates closely with Liberating Structures developers Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz and is currently coordinating the translation and release of their book, The Surprising Power of Liberating Structures, in Brazil.
