Discussion Questions
Round 1 - State of Play: What specific short-term and long-term actions and capital expenditures across operations, supply chains, and distribution networks are your organization taking to manage climate risks, and how are these actions treated internally: as deliberate climate adaptation or as business-as-usual resilience initiatives?
Round 2 - Breaking Barriers: What barriers are preventing your organization from doing more to address climate risk, in both the short and long term? To what extent are these barriers driven by a lack of demand, access to financing at the desired costs, or other factors?
Round 3 - Unlocking Scale: Which levers or solutions (e.g., policy, consistent standards, etc.) would help your organization overcome barriers in doing more to address climate risk and move toward deploying more climate adaptation?
Format
Discussion will be held under Chatham House Rule, with a synthesis document produced afterward to capture key themes and insights.
