As humanity expands beyond Earth, the demands placed on space infrastructure will increase exponentially. Meeting those demands will require new ideas, new partnerships, & a new generation of leaders willing to challenge the myopic thinking that defines much of today’s space industry.

Dinner 01 will bring together a small group of founders, engineers, scientists, operators, & industry leaders for a private dining experience at Rouser in Salt Lake City, UT during Smallsat on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Our experience will begin with bread & salad service, with a few family style appetizers. Each individual will be able to select their own entree, which will be accompanied by sides. The meal will finish with dessert. A large selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages will be available through the entire experience.
