The Dinner Table X Longevity
The Dinner Table X Longevity
An intimate, curated dinner for open and informed conversation around longevity — beyond trends, biohacks, and quick fixes.
This Dinner Table brings together a small group of guests for an evening of in-depth discussion, shared perspectives, and expert insight on living well for longer. Through guided conversation and peer exchange, we’ll explore how people approach longevity today, the questions they’re holding, and what it really means to invest in a long, healthy life.
What we’ll explore
How people are thinking about longevity today — and what feels overwhelming or unclear
The balance between health, performance, pleasure, and sustainability
Common myths and misconceptions around longevity and “optimal living”
The role of habits, environment, and emotional wellbeing in long-term health
What living longer actually means — and how to make those years meaningful.
This is not a talk.
This is not a workshop.
This is a conversation.
Your Expert Host: Jodies Stapleton
As a long-time, geeky consumer of all things health and longevity – think countless podcasts, multiple wearable trackers, and an ever-growing database of biomarkers – I’m obsessed with how we can extend healthspan, not just lifespan.
To go deeper into one of the biggest levers of longevity, I completed a Nutrition Science course at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on how evidence-based nutrition can drive better long-term health.
I work in tech and AI projects, and my excitement for the future lies in Medicine 3.0: a personalised, preventive, and data-driven approach to healthcare that uses technology to help people live better, longer, happier lives.
Currently: working with my small team to bring our everyday nutritious menu to more people in Lisbon, creating connected coworking moments, health and longevity conversations, and amazing functional coffee at Elevada, Anjos.
Conversation Menu:
Starter:
What first sparked your interest in longevity — and what still feels unclear today?
Main:
How do you personally balance health, pleasure, and sustainability in your daily life?
Dessert:
What does living a “long and good life” actually mean to you?
