Embodied Communion is a living, somatic ritual—a space to drop into the wisdom of your body, to listen, move, and remember yourself as part of the greater field of life.
As we enter the dark heart of winter, we gather in movement, attunement, and reflection to honor the fertile stillness of this season—a time of descent, deep listening, and renewal.
Together we’ll explore what it means to soften into the dark, to surrender to what is unseen, and to open to the deeper intelligence that lives within your breath, your bones, and your heart.

Doors open at 6:00 PM; ceremony begins at 6:30 PM
To preserve the container, no entry after 6:30 PM.
We’ll begin in grounding and arrival, open into guided somatic attunement and intuitive movement, and close in reflection and rest.
Wear what feels good to your body and spirit—something that allows you to move, breathe, and feel yourself fully. Whether your expression is bold or subtle, ceremonial or simple, come as you are.
No prior experience is needed. This is an emergent space where your authentic presence is enough.
