Boids Agent Workshop Tokyo is a 3-hour hands-on workshop co-hosted by Google and Boids.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to quickly create your own AI agents with Boids. Boids is a lightweight agent creation tool designed to help you turn an idea into a working, testable, and shareable agent prototype with minimal setup.
The session will begin with an introduction from Google to AI Studio, models, and related tools, followed by a walkthrough from the Boids team on the product and agent creation flow. After that, participants will have dedicated build time to independently design and create their own agents, with support and feedback from the team.
No prior agent-building experience is required. Bring your laptop and a small idea you’d like to explore.

No fully formed project idea is required. You can start from a small idea and build from there during the workshop.

6:30 PM - 7:00 PM | Boids Product WalkthroughThe Boids team will introduce the product, its core capabilities, and how to use Boids to design and create your own AI agents.
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM | Agent Building TimeParticipants will start building their own agents. This will also be an open discussion period, where you can exchange ideas while building and ask the team questions at any time.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM | Agent SharingParticipants who have built an agent are welcome to share what they created, including the agent’s capabilities, use case, and any interesting features.
💻 What to Bring
Please bring your own laptop.
We recommend thinking ahead about what kind of agent you might want to create, such as a personal assistant, a workflow automation agent, a research helper, or something more experimental. This is optional, and you’re also welcome to come with no fixed idea and explore during the workshop.
