Claude For Financial Leaders
Claude for Finance Leaders
A Practical, Hands-On AI Workshop:
November 23.11 at 4:00 to 7:00 PM
November 24.11 at 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
What happens when you stop treating AI as a chatbot and start using it as part of your actual finance workflow?
Join Bereisheet Tech, KPMG, Datarails and AI Finance for a hands-on workshop designed specifically for finance leaders who want to understand how to use Claude in their day-to-day work.
This workshop is different by design: you won’t be learning AI for finance from technologists. You’ll be learning AI from finance professionals. The people leading the session understand the day-to-day realities of CFOs and finance teams because they work in finance themselves. They’ll approach Claude/Copilot through a finance lens, focusing on real workflows, real challenges, and practical applications that finance leaders can actually put to work.
This is not an AI presentation.
Bring your laptop. We’re going to work.
What We’ll Explore
Lecture 1
Opening Minds to AI
What's out there today: a live tour of the AI tools that matter for financial work, and the role of each tool from base tools to helper tools.
Live demos: working with documents and data, running business research, and producing reports and presentations.
The world of agents: connections between tools and systems, and what changes when AI starts carrying out tasks.
Tokens and budget: what AI actually costs and how to manage the spend.
Managing in the AI world: how to manage an organization and employees with AI, and mainly how to manage ourselves.
Capabilities and limits: what the tools can do, where they stop, and the role of professional judgment.
Lecture 2
From Prompts to a Finance AI System
Prompting for finance: writing instructions that turn out accurate, usable finance work.
Projects: setting Claude up once for a recurring task like month-end close, so it already knows your context and rules.
Skills: turning recurring finance processes into automations your team can reuse.
Live dashboards: building an interactive BI dashboard without BI software, straight from an Excel report, with drill-down to the data.
Chat vs. agent: what changes when AI stops answering and starts executing.
A finance "second brain": an agent that learns how your finance function works and keeps that knowledge.
No technical or coding background is required.
