Your Inner Leadership Compass: Leading with Clarity & Alignment
Hosted by Lindsay Gurley, Leadership Coach

Most leaders know how to perform, deliver, and get things done, but staying connected to yourself while doing it is often the harder part, especially for high-achieving women. This workshop helps participants reconnect with what matters most by creating their own Inner Leadership Compass: a tangible tool to turn to during moments of overwhelm, transition, or uncertainty.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll be introduced to the Inner Leadership Compass, a simple framework to help you clarify your core values, notice where you may be out of alignment, and understand what to do when that happens.

Attendees can expect to:

  • Reflect on their values, priorities, and how they show up, or get compromised in the day-to-day

  • Learn the practical ways to re-center and lead with clarity rather than pressure

  • Reveal the internal signals that tell you when you’re aligned or drifting

  • Walk away with a personal framework to support aligned decision-making

About the Host: Lindsay Gurley is a leadership coach and facilitator with 13+ years of experience supporting high-achieving women and purpose-driven leaders to lead and live more fully. Her work sits at the intersection of life and work, helping women achieve meaningful professional success while creating a grounded, sustainable personal life. Drawing on a background in organizational leadership, coaching, and facilitation—shaped by past careers as a mountain guide and yoga and meditation teacher—Lindsay brings both strategic clarity and embodied presence to her work with executives, founders, nonprofit boards, and teams navigating growth and transition. When not working she is playing in the mountains with her husband, 2 year old son, and pups.
