About
A full-day working session led by Krzysztof Pawlak (Wayve), Artur Wala (model:guide), and a guest from Cognee AI.
The first half of the day is built around Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki methodology - a framework for turning raw company knowledge into a structured, AI-maintained knowledge base. Instead of relying on RAG (which rediscovers knowledge from scratch every time), the LLM Wiki approach lets AI continuously compile, interlink, and update a living wiki of your company. The result: an AI that actually understands your business.
The second half applies that brain directly to GTM - with Piotr Zaniewicz (Meaningful Sales) showing how to build outreach systems on top of it, and additional sessions TBA.

~14:00 – GTM on Top of Your Brain Piotr Zaniewicz (Meaningful Sales) - how to use your company brain to build outreach, personalization, and sales sequences that actually know what they're talking about.
