Free Traditional Pranayama: Art of breathing Join us every Monday for free traditional pranayama practice rooted in yogic wisdom
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, all levels are welcome. We'll explore various pranayama techniques in a supportive, accessible environment.
What to expect:
Traditional pranayama techniques are practised step-by-step
Guidance suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners
A blend of practice and learning
Schedule:
The classes will be held every Monday at 5:30 pm
Each session is 60 minutes (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm) which would include 45 minutes of practice and 10 min of yoga nidra with sound healing
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class

Things to remember:
No prior experience necessary.
Come on an empty stomach.
Keep a gap of 2 hours if you have had light lunch or 3 hours if you have had heavy lunch.

Mrigisha - a certified yoga and pranayama teacher who believes that conscious breathing is the beginning of a conscious lifestyle. Her journey combines ancient yoga with breathwork. Her interest in Ayurveda and its principles has inspired her to bake and cook plant-based satvic meals. She is here to create a space where Stockholm's wellness seekers can come together, breathe deeply, and discover that healthy living can be both joyful and delicious.
