This is a hands-on workshop to build agents. You don't need prior coding experience but you need to be familiar with Claude and have a pro subscription.

a. Learn the basics of Agent Building - like Context, memory, RAG.
b. Connect your agent to your own data and knowledge base
c. Add memory so your agent remembers past conversations for each customer or user separately.
d. Clone your own voice - to use in the agent, or pick voices from different providers like Elevenlabs, Microsoft Azure, Cartesia.
e. Deploy your agent live on Phone, Web, or WhatsApp
f. Learn how to test your agents for hallucinations, or inaccuracies
g. Set up smart human hand-off for tricky cases
h. Networking over pizza and drinks 🍕🍻
