​XueDAO is hosting an in-person community meetup in Taipei, in collaboration with Scroll and ether.fi, focused on exploring how Web3 infrastructure translates into real-world usage.

​This session is designed for students, builders, and early Web3 practitioners who want to understand how the Scroll ecosystem is enabling practical applications beyond theory — with ether.fi as a concrete case study

• ​Vivian Jeng

  • ​Vivian Jeng is currently part of the Privacy & Scaling Explorations team at the Ethereum Foundation, where she focuses on advancing zero-knowledge (ZK) and privacy-preserving technologies. She has led and contributed to the development of projects such as Mopro (Mobile Prover) and Unirep (Universal Reputation), both designed to help developers more easily integrate privacy protocols into their own applications. Vivian is also an active contributor to the Ethereum community, regularly participating in global events like DevCon and DevConnect, as well as local initiatives such as ETH Taipei.

• ​LevX

  • ​LevX is a core DeFi protocol engineer and entrepreneur, best known as an early core contributor to SushiSwap during the height of DeFi Summer. He is the founder of xDFi, an omnichain economic synchronization layer built on top of LayerZero, designed to synchronize balances, yields, and risk states across multiple blockchains. His work focuses on advanced DeFi primitives such as cross-chain liquidity aggregation, delta-neutral and hedged yield strategies, PT/YT-style token models inspired by Pendle, and risk-aware capital efficiency across L1s and L2s.

  • ​Beyond protocol engineering, LevX actively designs and deploys real-world, executable DeFi strategies, bridging theory and practice for both developers and advanced investors. He is also deeply involved in the broader Ethereum and DeFi ecosystem through research, education, and community-driven initiatives, with a particular emphasis on building systems that remain robust, profitable, and composable in volatile and bearish market conditions.

• ​許明恩 Astro Hsu

  • ​Astro is the founder and sole author of Blocktrend, one of Taiwan’s leading blockchain media. Astro has been invited to share blockchain insights with institutions including the Central Bank of Taiwan, the Legislative Yuan etc. He is also a TEDx speaker and was recognized by Medium as a Top Writer in Bitcoin.

  • ​Known for simplifying complex technical concepts into clear and accessible insights, Astro has previously interviewed ether.fi CEO Mike Silagadze on the Blocktrend Podcast and has written extensively about the ether.fi ecosystem. In this session, he is specially invited to share his personal experience using ether.fi.
