About Event

Join No New Prisons IL for Volume 3 of our Abolitionist Party Series!

This time around, the theme is "Fuck the 4th" and will start with a panel on countering AI/Surveillance tech & this tech's connections to US imperialism, carceral systems, and fascism. The panel will be followed by interactive workshops, tabling, and a live show! (bands to be announced soon)

Tickets will be sliding scale $10-$20 at the door and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. All proceeds will go to the No New Prisons IL campaign. We ask that you RSVP here so we have an idea of how many people to account for.

If you are interested in leading one of the workshops, we are asking for people to submit proposals for our workshop portion by June 6th! More information and form to submit your proposal can be found here: https://bit.ly/workshop2026proposal
