Concept: Borrow a board for 2 hours
Most scaling founders don't have a board, but their problems are already board-level. If this is you, join a peer advisory lunch where you bring your real bottlenecks and solve them with the brain power of 6 scaling founders.
This edition is part of Product Season at F2: April to June, focused on direction, velocity, and building the right things at the right time.
Format: Extreme Focus
To ensure every founder has dedicated time to unpack their specific challenge, we are limiting this session to just 6 spots.
Each founder gets ~20 minutes in the hot seat
You share the context + the real question you need solved
The group gives direct, peer-level feedback (patterns, options, risks, what they’d do)
You also contribute your experience to the other 5 founders
Note on Availability: Once the 6 spots are filled, we will open a Waiting List. If we reach 6 additional founders, we will open a second Board Room to accommodate the demand.
Lunch
We believe great breakthroughs happen over great food. Expect a premium, ready-to-serve corporate lunch.
