Most people only touch the surface of their hearts. Join us to experience the depths of your own heart through meditation

We begin with a short meditation, followed by a brief talk on the way to happiness, stillness, and awareness. Then we sit together for a slightly longer meditation. You’re welcome to stay after class for questions or conversation.
