LDW After Hours - bardo

​A new season. A first evening in Porto.

​After Hours returns on Friday, 23 October, opening Season 3 at Bardo Creative Ground with Sofia De=Francesco and Toni Grilo. Join us for a closer look at their work, the materials they choose and the ideas that drive them.

​Sofia De=Francesco connects product design with craft and material experimentation. Her work finds unexpected possibilities in everyday resources, transforming recycled materials into tactile surfaces for lighting and objects.

​Toni Grilo is a French-Portuguese designer and art director whose practice spans furniture, objects and scenography. He brings industrial processes and Portuguese craftsmanship into close conversation.

​An initiative by Lisbon Design Week, After Hours brings designers, artists and curious minds together for monthly gatherings in studios and creative spaces. Informal conversations, shared perspectives, and a chance to get to know the people behind the work.

​To keep the initiative independent, we suggest a €5 cash contribution at the door. Donations are not mandatory, but will be deeply appreciated as they help sustain our efforts.
