Dinner & Networking: 5:10–7:00 p.m.
Location & Parking
We will meet in the Main Building, 1st Floor, LaunchBox Room.
Visitor parking is available directly outside the Main Building. Additional parking is available in the large lot near the main campus entrance. Please reference the campus map for additional guidance. Once you enter the Main Building, the LaunchBox classroom is located on the first floor. 3:30–3:45 p.m. | Welcome & Session Orientation
Welcome, introductions, and an overview of the goals and format for the working session.
3:45–4:45 p.m. | CIO Breakout Sessions
Attendees will participate in peer-led discussions focused on three key areas:
Breakout Table 1 – AI & Innovation
Breakout Table 2 – IT Operations & Infrastructure
Breakout Table 3 – Leadership & Talent
Table Captain Role: Each table captain will guide the conversation, encourage participation, identify common challenges and opportunities, and capture the group's top 2–3 takeaways.
4:45–5:00 p.m. | Table Captain Report-Outs
Each table captain will share the most important themes, challenges, ideas, and takeaways from their discussion.
5:00–5:10 p.m. | Closing Discussion & 2027 Priorities
We will close the working session by discussing:
Key takeaways from the afternoon
Future CIO Advisory Board topics
Potential 2027 initiatives
Opportunities for collaboration across the group
5:10–7:00 p.m. | CIO Advisory Board Dinner & Networking
Dinner will be delivered to the LaunchBox, providing an opportunity to continue the conversation in a relaxed setting.
There will be no formal presentations and no vendor pitches — just peer-to-peer conversation, relationship building, idea sharing, and an opportunity to learn from fellow technology leaders.
