This unique experience weaves creativity, mindfulness, & connection together to help you drop back into your most vibrant, alive self.
Think summer-camp for grown-ups - a place to express, explore what wants to move through you, and reconnect with your sense of inner joy and wonder.

About your Facilitator:
Nasimeh Be is an artist, facilitator, and coach with a decade of experience blending mindfulness, mental health, and creativity. Her work has been featured in venues as varied as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Buzzfeed, and The Rumpus. A trained yoga teacher, improviser, and coach, Nasimeh brings her deep knowledge of mindfulness and play to create transformative, joyful experiences. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at Columbia. You are welcome to find out more about her across social media: @NasimehBE
