​Embark on a 75-minute self-guided journey to explore the sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop-in and a commons to be yourself with others. Expect all of the elements that make our journey a memorable one: towel waving, aromatherapy, playful sauna landings, 1:1 guidance, curated soundscape and human connection.
