About Event

An evening of connection and care where storytellers, advocates, changemakers gather to celebrate community and collectively fight back to protect imperiled wildlife and the irreplaceable places they call home. DJ, FREE DRINKS, BITES, AND FUN! :)

Earthjustice has long defended the Endangered Species Act and fought rollbacks that weaken protections for wildlife, public lands, and forests. Recent policy changes and proposed regulatory shifts threaten the habitats and species we all depend on, and they disproportionately harm communities that rely on healthy ecosystems for their livelihoods and cultural survival.

This event, in partnership with Green Jobs Board, will draw on Earthjustice’s work to spotlight how public engagement, community partnerships, and collective voice are essential to addressing these assaults to the ESA and securing lasting protections for species and places — because protecting nature is also protecting people and our shared future.

We know that proposed changes to public lands and forest protections will increase climate impacts and put species and frontline communities at risk, public pressure matters. We are at a critical juncture.

Public pressure and amplifying the real-world costs of these policy rollbacks is how we collectively fight back to protect species for today and tomorrow.

For over 50 years Earthjustice has thwarted attacks on the Endangered Species Act that threaten species and the carbon rich lands that help slow climate change. Please join us as we take on the unprecedented efforts of the Trump administration to undermine this bedrock environmental law, and fight to stop the irreversible damage these attacks will have on imperiled species.
